Banyoles is a city of 17,309 inhabitants, located in the province of Girona in northeastern Catalonia, Spain. The town is the capital of the Catalan comarca 'Pla de l'Estany'. Although an established industrial centre many of the inhabitants commute to nearby Girona (12km to the south). Banyoles is most famous for the Lake of Banyoles, a natural lake located in a tectonic depression. It was the venue for the rowing events in the 1992 Barcelona Olympics as well. The sea and Pirinees proximity, the lake , the small villages around the area and the excellent gastronomy makes the region an interesting place for go on Holidays
When you are staying in this holiday house you have got the possibility of having long walks, on foot, but you can also go by bike or by horse because it is tided with many rural routes and forests. And there is the Banyoles volcanic lake. from the house you have views over the lake.
This beautiful holiday house was build in 2005 near the lake of Banyoles. The house consists out of tree floors. On the ground floor there is a garage which offers space for 3 cars. The first floor has a kitchen , a dining room ,3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room Which gives acces to the large garden ( 1000 m2 ) with a private swimming pool. On the second floor there is an studio with a nice view over the Lake. All things that you need in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are included.
